Diary for Week 8

See it week by week...

Day 1

Making some saw horses - I'm using my Stanley Jetcut Saw and it goes through wood like a hot knife through butter. It's undoubtedly the best hand saw I've ever used!

Using Abru's Trestle Dogs makes for easy to assemble a strong saw horse come work platform.

Day 2

Putting in batten to affix Hep2O waterlines to.

Battens are needed as the ceiling is concrete.

Installing more battens.

These will all be hidden under a drop ceiling when we put up the Knauf plasterboard.

Day 3
Laying a few more slabs.
Day 4
Built a small retaining wall and cut in some steps.
Day 5

Finish laying the Bradstone slabs on the patio and building the steps.

Walkways will be next... when weather is better.

Set up the Corinthian Stone balustrading. Will mark items and drill, pin and cement them in place when wether is better.
Over view of patio - a bit dark with the rain.

Day 6
Putting up some more battens. But, now I am using this new combination ladder/platform supplied by my friends at Abru - this has got to be one of the best combination ladders I have ever used!
Day 7
Installing hangers from Knauf for suspended ceiling
